With marketing efforts launched in 1998 for a 2000-unit delivery schedule, Diane Maloney successfully sold out Trinity Place in Boston's Back Bay. Developed by Raymond Properties in Copley Square, the project was the first new luxury building in Boston in 12 years. The 97-unit, 18-story mixed-use (commercial) building achieved record pricing, with units ranging from $500K to $3.0 million. |
