Marketing began on the project in 2000, with unit delivery in 2003. The Marketing Group was instrumental in driving 100% sell-out of the development. With unit prices ranging from $750K to $3.0 million, The Belvedere achieved the distinction of being the first project in the Boston market to reach $1,200 - $1,300 psf pricing levels.
